SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE

     This one is from Marilyn's recipe box and is one of her favorites.

  • 3 Cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Pint Sauerkraut
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Ring Polish Sausage, cut into slices
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Simmer Potatoes, Onions, Water, Salt and Pepper in a frying pan until almost tender.
Stir in Sausage, Soup and Sauerkraut.
Heat through.

Serves 4 to 6.
