SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE
	This one is from Marilyn's recipe box and is one of her favorites. 3 Cups Diced Potatoes 1 Medium Onion, diced 1 Cup Water 1 Pint Sauerkraut 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Ring Polish Sausage, cut into slices Salt Pepper Simmer Potatoes, Onions, Water, Salt and Pepper in a frying pan until almost tender. Stir in Sausage, Soup and Sauerkraut. Heat through. Serves 4 to 6. These are recipes that have appeared in our news letter or on our web site.
