SALMON PATE

  • 7 3/4 oz. Can Salmon
  • 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 3/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Green or Black Olive
  • Drain and flake Salmon.
    Combine with rest of the ingredients except for Almonds and Olive.
    Pat into the shape of a Salmon or whatever fish you like.
    Place the sliced Almonds to look like fish scales.
    For the final touch place the Olive for an eye.
    Chill and serve with your favorite crackers.

    This really looks neat at a party and tastes good too.
