POTATOES WITH HAM CASSEROLE

This week we are bringing you another wonderful casserole dish. No cute or fancy name just the facts, potatoes with ham casserole!

  • 1 Bag of frozen Hash Browns or 6 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Cheese Soup
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 4 Cups Diced Ham
  • 1 Tablespoon Margarine
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1 Pint Sour Cream

Put the Potatoes in a 9" X 13" pan greased with the Tablespoon of Margarine.
Spread the Ham over the Potatoes.
Melt 1/2 cup Butter in a sauce pan.
While heating add the two Soups, Sour Cream and Onions.
Stir until smooth but do not boil.
Pour the sauce over the Potatoes and Ham.
Sprinkle with the crushed Corn Flakes.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

This is a pretty easy dish to make when company is coming and they'll rave over it.
