FOUR LAYER DRSSERT

This is an old recipe that comes from Janet Stewart. Not only does it taste great but it looks really nice when you serve it up.

Crust Layer 1:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Mix together and pat into a 9" X 12" pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Layer 2

  • 8 Ounce Package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Cream together and spread on top of the crust.

Layer 3

  • 2 Packages Instant Lemon Pudding
  • 2 3/4 Cups Cold Milk
Whip together until smooth and pour over the 2nd layer.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Layer 4
Cover with 1/2" of Cool Whip.
Keep it cool until ready to serve.
